Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Sotor Easy Life Technologies LLP, doing business as G4.Business ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the multilang.g4.business website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site" or "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and any amendments thereto.

2. Description of Services

G4.Business provides an AI-driven Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for multilingual video processing, including but not limited to transcription, translation, voice cloning, dubbing, subtitle generation, video export, and associated media management tools. We utilize advanced third-party AI models and infrastructure providers to deliver these services.

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the Platform itself at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you or any third party.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

Strictly No Refunds:

All payments made to G4.Business for subscription plans, top-up credit packs, or any other services are final and Strictly Non-Refundable. Users are restricted to the usage limits and features defined in their respective chosen plans. Credits purchased do not have cash value and cannot be redeemed for currency. Partial month usage is not eligible for pro-rated refunds.

Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled before the renewal date. It is your sole responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. No refunds will be issued for accidental renewals.

3.1 TTS Credit Billing

Audio dubbing jobs on the Platform use a time-based credit billing model for Text-to-Speech (TTS) synthesis. By initiating a dubbing job you agree to the following billing terms:

• Per-Speaker Duration: Credits are calculated individually for each speaker detected in your video, based on that speaker's audio duration in the original video.
• 30-Second Rounding: Each speaker's duration is rounded up to the nearest 30-second increment, with a minimum charge of 30 seconds per speaker. For example, a speaker with 32 seconds of audio is billed as 60 seconds; a speaker with 23 seconds is billed as 30 seconds.
• Voice Tier Rates: Different voice tiers carry different credit rates per minute. Refer to the Credit System documentation for current rates. Available tiers include Standard, Premium, Premium Plus, Premium Advanced, and Voice Clone.
• Credit Pre-Authorization (Hold): When a dubbing job is initiated, the estimated credit cost is pre-authorized (held) in your wallet based on the original speaker durations. Your wallet must have sufficient balance to cover this hold before processing begins.
• Post-Processing Reconciliation: After the dubbing job completes, the Platform measures the actual output audio duration for each speaker. Credits are then reconciled:
  • If the actual output duration is shorter than the estimate, the difference is refunded to your wallet.
  • If the actual output duration is longer (for example, due to TTS speed adjustments or pacing differences), additional credits are charged up to the ceiling described below.
• Charge Ceiling: The maximum credit charge for any speaker is capped at the greater of the original source duration and the actual output duration. You will never be billed beyond the larger of the two.
• Credit History: All credit transactions — including holds, charges, and refunds — are recorded and visible in your Credit History under the Wallet section of your dashboard.
• Disputes: If you believe a credit charge is incorrect, please open a support ticket. The Company will review the transaction logs and resolve the dispute internally. Credit disputes must be raised within 30 calendar days of the transaction date.

4. Platform Shutdown & Credit Refund Policy

In the event that the Company, due to any technical, financial, regulatory, or other unavoidable circumstances, determines that it must permanently shut down the Platform, the following policy shall apply:

• The Company shall make a public announcement of the planned shutdown on the official website (multilang.g4.business) no less than thirty (30) days prior to the effective shutdown date, to the extent reasonably practicable.
• Upon such public announcement, eligible users with remaining unused paid credits may submit a formal credit refund request through the method designated and communicated by the Company at the time of such announcement.
• Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of the public shutdown announcement. Refund requests received after this 30-day window will not be entertained under any circumstances, and the Company shall have no further liability in respect of such credits.
• Refund eligibility, amounts, and processing timelines shall be determined at the sole discretion of the Company based on available resources, applicable laws, and outstanding operational obligations at the time of shutdown.
• Credits obtained through promotional campaigns, free trials, referral programs, or any means other than direct monetary payment are not eligible for monetary refunds.
• The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the shutdown, including loss of data, loss of business, or loss of anticipated savings.

5. Prohibited Activities & Penalties

You may not access or use the Platform for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information.
• Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security-related features of the Platform, including features that prevent or restrict the use of AI credits.
• Engaging in credit manipulation, credit farming, or fraudulent credit usage protocols.
• Using fraudulent methods of payment, stolen financial instruments, or chargebacks without legitimate basis.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive source code of the Platform.
• Using automated bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access the Platform beyond normal use.
• Selling, reselling, or sublicensing access to the Platform without express written consent from the Company.
• Uploading, processing, or distributing content that infringes intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Using the Platform to process, generate, or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or violates any applicable laws.
• Any activity that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Platform's infrastructure.

6. Fair Use & Acceptable Use Policy

The Platform is intended for lawful, legitimate, and good-faith use only. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to the content you upload, process, or generate through the Platform.
• Your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India), the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).
• You will not use the Platform to create, distribute, or promote content that incites violence, hatred, discrimination, terrorism, or unlawful activity of any kind under the laws of India, including those specifically applicable in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
• You will not use the Platform to create deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, or any content designed to deceive, manipulate, or harm individuals.
• You will not use AI-generated content (including translations, dubbing, voice clones) for purposes of fraud, misrepresentation, or any form of deception.
• You will comply with all applicable intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and its amendments.
• You acknowledge that the Platform must not be used for any purpose that violates the Indian Penal Code, 1860, the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, or any other applicable law of the Republic of India.

The Company reserves the right to monitor usage patterns, remove content, and terminate accounts that violate this Fair Use Policy without prior notice or refund.

7. AI-Generated Content — Disclaimer of Responsibility

The Platform employs artificial intelligence models for transcription, translation, dubbing, voice synthesis, and related tasks. By using these features, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

• AI Limitations: AI models can and do produce inaccurate, biased, inappropriate, offensive, or "hallucinated" outputs. Translations and dubbed content may contain errors, omissions, cultural inaccuracies, or unintended meanings.
• User Responsibility to Verify: It is your sole and exclusive responsibility to review, verify, and validate all AI-generated outputs — including but not limited to transcriptions, translations, dubbed audio, voice clones, and subtitles — before using, publishing, distributing, or acting upon them in any manner.
• No Liability for AI Errors: The Company is not responsible for any loss, damage, reputational harm, legal liability, regulatory penalty, or other consequences arising from errors, hallucinations, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content, including any translations or dubbing that are factually incorrect, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise harmful.
• Distribution Responsibility: You bear full and exclusive legal responsibility for any content generated through the Platform that you upload, publish, broadcast, or distribute in any medium. The Company shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or legal proceedings arising from your use or distribution of such content.
• No Endorsement: AI-generated outputs do not represent the views, opinions, or positions of the Company. The Company does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content for any purpose.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, and legal fees arising from your use or distribution of AI-generated content.

8. Account Termination & Bans

We reserve the right to, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to and use of the Platform (including blocking certain IP addresses) to any person for any reason. Your account may be terminated or banned without refund if:

• You engage in illegal activities according to the Laws of India or the applicable laws of your jurisdiction.
• We receive a request, order, or directive from sovereign law enforcement, judicial, or government agencies.
• You violate any part of these Terms, our Fair Use Policy, or our Safety Guidelines.
• Your account remains inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• We determine, in our sole discretion, that your use poses a risk to the security, integrity, or reputation of the Platform or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We may, but are not obligated to, retain your data for a period following termination as required by applicable law.

9. Law Enforcement & Data Sharing

As an LLP (Limited Liability Partnership) registered under the laws of India, Sotor Easy Life Technologies LLP is committed to full legal compliance. We may share your account details, usage logs, content, and personal information with law enforcement agencies, government authorities, or courts as required by the Laws of India, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (and its successor legislation), or valid judicial orders, without prior notice to you.

10. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) Policy

For users utilizing the "Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK) features:

• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your own API keys (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Azure, etc.).
• Exposure: You acknowledge that while our platform uses industry-standard AES-256 encryption, your keys are exposed to the web environment during the duration of their use on our Platform.
• Limits: You MUST set appropriate spending and usage limits on your third-party provider dashboards. G4.Business is not liable for any costs, overages, or unauthorized usage occurring on your third-party accounts arising from any cause, including but not limited to platform vulnerabilities, your own negligence, or third-party breaches.
• Revocation: You may revoke or rotate your API keys at any time through the respective provider dashboard. You are advised to rotate keys regularly and immediately if you suspect compromise.

11. Third-Party Providers & Services

Our Platform integrates and relies on services from various third-party providers, including but not limited to:

By using G4.Business, you also agree to be bound by the respective Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policies, and Privacy Policies of these integrated providers where applicable. The Company is not responsible for any downtime, data loss, service degradation, policy changes, or other failures originating from these third-party services.

• AI Model Providers: The outputs generated by third-party AI models (Google Gemini, OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Qwen, etc.) are subject to the terms and limitations of those providers. The Company does not warrant the accuracy, safety, or fitness of such outputs for any particular purpose.
• Cloud Infrastructure Providers: The Platform is hosted on third-party cloud infrastructure. While the Company takes reasonable measures to ensure uptime and data integrity, we are not liable for outages, data loss, or service interruptions caused by infrastructure provider failures, including force majeure events.
• Payment Gateways: Payment processing is handled by Razorpay, Stripe, and/or other payment gateway providers. The Company does not store your full payment card details. Transactions are subject to the terms and policies of the respective payment gateway. The Company is not liable for payment failures, processing delays, or disputes arising from payment gateway operations.
• Third-Party Integrations: Any third-party service, API, or integration accessed through or in connection with the Platform is subject to the terms of the respective third party. The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from third-party service changes, API deprecations, or policy updates.

12. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its original content (excluding user-uploaded content), features, and functionality are and shall remain the exclusive property of Sotor Easy Life Technologies LLP. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and transmit such content solely for the purpose of providing the services to you.

You represent and warrant that your uploaded content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. The Company shall not be liable for any intellectual property infringement arising from user-uploaded content.

13. Data Privacy & Security

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

The Company implements industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. The Company does not guarantee absolute security and shall not be liable for unauthorized access to, or alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your data that occurs despite reasonable security measures.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

14. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• No Consequential Damages: The Company, its directors, partners, employees, agents, affiliates, suppliers, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Liability Cap: In no event shall the Company's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform exceed the amount you paid to the Company in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• User Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sotor Easy Life Technologies LLP and its partners, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another party; (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (e) your use or distribution of AI-generated content; (f) any content you upload, process, or distribute through the Platform.
• AI Output Indemnification: You specifically agree to indemnify the Company from any claim, demand, or legal proceeding brought by any third party arising from the use, distribution, or publication of AI-generated outputs (including translations, dubbed audio, synthesized voice, or any other AI-generated content) that you created using the Platform.
• Third-Party Service Indemnification: The Company shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from the acts or omissions of third-party AI model providers, cloud infrastructure providers, payment gateways, or any other third-party service integrated into the Platform.

15. Service Availability & SaaS Terms

As a SaaS platform, the following terms apply to your use of the service:

• Availability: While the Company strives to maintain high availability, the Platform is provided without any uptime guarantee unless explicitly stated in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA). Scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, and third-party infrastructure failures may cause periods of unavailability.
• Feature Changes: The Company reserves the right to add, modify, or remove features, pricing tiers, credit rates, and plan inclusions at any time. Material changes to pricing shall be communicated to users at least 14 days in advance where reasonably practicable.
• Data Retention: User data may be retained for a period defined in our Privacy Policy. Upon account deletion or termination, data may be purged after a grace period. The Company does not guarantee backup or recovery of user-uploaded content.
• API Access: If the Company provides API access as part of a plan, such access is subject to rate limits and fair use restrictions. API access may be modified, restricted, or discontinued at any time.
• Credit Expiry: Unused credits may expire as specified in your plan terms. The Company reserves the right to introduce or modify credit expiry policies with appropriate notice.
• Free Tier: Any free tier or trial credits provided by the Company are offered at the Company's sole discretion and may be discontinued, modified, or limited at any time without notice or compensation.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Contract Act, 1872, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and all other applicable legislation of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

17. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of informal notice, either party may pursue resolution through the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, as provided in Section 16.

The Company reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of the Company's intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights.

18. Voice Cloning — Consent & Biometric Data

Our Platform provides voice cloning technology that synthesizes audio based on a voice sample. Given the sensitive nature of biometric voice data, the following terms apply strictly to all users who utilize any voice cloning, voice synthesis, or speaker cloning features:

• Mandatory Consent: You must obtain explicit, verifiable, written consent from any real individual whose voice you submit as a voice sample for cloning. This includes but is not limited to consent from actors, presenters, interviewees, colleagues, clients, or any third party. Uploading a voice sample without consent is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence.
• No Celebrity or Public Figure Cloning: You may not clone or synthesize the voice of any celebrity, public figure, politician, journalist, or any real individual without their express written authorization, regardless of whether the voice sample is publicly available.
• No Impersonation: You may not use voice cloning features to impersonate any individual — real or fictional — for the purpose of fraud, deception, defamation, harassment, or any unlawful activity.
• Own Voice Only (by default): Voice cloning is intended for cloning your own voice or a voice for which you hold explicit consent and licensing rights. Any other use constitutes a violation of these Terms.
• Biometric Data: Voice samples used for cloning may constitute biometric data under applicable laws (including the Illinois BIPA, GDPR, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, India). You, as the data controller for the voice sample you submit, are responsible for compliance with all applicable biometric data regulations.
• Platform Not Liable: The Company does not verify the source or consent status of voice samples. You are solely and fully liable for all legal consequences arising from unauthorized voice cloning, including but not limited to claims of identity theft, defamation, fraud, and violations of biometric privacy laws.
• Data Training Opt-Out: Voice samples uploaded to the Platform are used solely to provide the cloning service to you and are not used to train the Company's general AI models. You may request deletion of your voice clone data at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

19. AI Content Disclosure & Synthetic Media

As an AI dubbing and voice synthesis platform, the following transparency requirements apply:

• Disclosure Obligation: Depending on your jurisdiction and the platform on which you distribute AI-dubbed content, you may be legally required to disclose that the content contains AI-generated audio, synthetic voices, or AI translations. You are solely responsible for complying with such disclosure requirements, including any applicable regulations under the EU AI Act, FTC guidelines (United States), or any other applicable law.
• No Misleading Use: You must not represent AI-dubbed or AI-synthesized content as being produced by a real human voice actor without disclosure, in any context where such misrepresentation would be material or deceptive.
• Political & Electoral Content: You may not use AI-generated voices, dubbing, or translations in political advertisements, electoral materials, or any content designed to influence public opinion about a political candidate, party, or referendum without clear and prominent disclosure that the content contains AI-generated audio.
• Platform Watermarking: The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to introduce metadata watermarking or provenance signals in AI-generated audio exports to enable attribution and fraud detection. Users agree not to remove or circumvent such watermarking.

20. Export Controls & International Compliance

The Platform incorporates AI technology and software that may be subject to export controls and sanctions laws of India, the United States, the European Union, and other jurisdictions. By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are not located in, and are not a national or resident of, any country to which India or the United States has embargoed goods, software, or services.
• You are not listed on any sanctions list, including the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list or equivalent lists maintained by other governments.
• You will not access or use the Platform in any manner that would violate applicable export control laws or regulations.
• You understand that certain AI models integrated into the Platform may originate from US-based companies (OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Google), and your use of such models via our Platform may be subject to the export control policies of such providers.

21. Beta Features & Experimental Services

The Platform may, from time to time, offer access to beta features, experimental tools, or preview capabilities that are not part of the general release. With respect to such features:

• Beta features are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind and may contain bugs, errors, or limitations not present in generally available features.
• Beta features may be discontinued, modified, or removed at any time without notice or compensation.
• Data processed through beta features may be handled differently from production data. Refer to the specific beta feature documentation for details.
• Feedback provided about beta features may be used by the Company without obligation to compensate you.
• The Company bears no liability for any loss, damage, or data corruption arising from the use of beta features.

22. Amendments to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

For material changes to these Terms, the Company will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users through the Platform or by email to the address associated with your account.

23. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
• Waiver: The Company's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without the prior written consent of the Company. The Company may assign these Terms without restriction.
• Force Majeure: The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, or third-party service provider outages.
• Language: These Terms are drafted in the English language. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
